This course ignores all the fluff and focuses on the parts of Fusion that are needed to produce a finished product for a CNC machine. If you want to go into even more depth on CAM and CNC inside of Fusion 360. Fusion in particular has a wealth of online tutorials to help newcomers get to grips with it, and designing parts like this is fairly simple and only uses the more basic sketching tools in the app.
